- mBox MessageIn: services will transition to eFax in July 2010. Your service number won't change and your service will transition without interruption.
- In the meantime, your service will remain as is and you do not need to do anything. Continue logging into your account as usual by clicking here.

- After the transition, you'll have access to many new features, including:

Your existing MessageOut credit will transition to eFax should you sign up for new eFax Plus service.

After the transition you'll receive a welcome letter from eFax with your new login information and instructions.

Yes. Voicemail to email service will continue to be supported. You will need to re-record your personal greeting to continue using this feature.
How do I set up my voicemail personal greeting?
- Call your eFax number
- While the greeting is playing, press *
- Enter your PIN when prompted
- To record a new greeting press 3
- Once you have completed recording your greeting, press #
- To save your greeting, press # again
Note: If you hang up after step # 5 your recording will not be saved
How do I disable my voicemail greeting?
To have this feature disabled, please call us at 1300 790 310.
Unfortunately, we will no longer support the iPhone app.
