Log In

eFax Corporate "My Account" is an online-tools source to view faxes, manage your account, and update billing information. Log in any time, day or night, to take advantage of all that eFax Corporate has to offer. If this is your first time using eFax Corporate, be sure to read Get Started.

To access your account:

To access your account:

  1. Go to https://www.efax.com/login., and click the Users tab.
  2. Then, to log in:.
    • Via your user and password credentials:
      1. Enter your account ID— and email address or eFax Corporate number (including the country code or area code, in the format shown below)—in the first textbox.
        • To log in with a US/Canadian number such as +1 323 555 1234, type 13235551234.
        • To log in with a UK number such as +44 (0)20 7555 1234, type 442075551234.
      2. Enter your password, then click the Login button.

      NOTE:After six unsuccessful attempts, you will be locked out of your account for thirty minutes. (Click the FORGOT MY PASSWORD or FORGOT MY NUMBER link for help.) Also: Once you log in: If you are inactive for longer than 15 minutes, you will be logged out of your account unless you re-engage activity on the user interface or indicate you want to continue the session.

    • Via SSO: Click the Use SSO button. In the User Login with SSO dialog: Enter your email address and click the Login button. Then, to continue, follow your SSO provider’s instructions/dialog to access the account. (NOTE: If you are already logged into your SSO provider then, when you enter your email address and click Login, you will immediately be directed into your account.)
