Create, Rename, or Delete Custom Fax Folders

To create, rename, or delete a custom Message Center fax folder:

  1. Log into eFax Corporate "My Account" at https://www.efax.com/login. Your My Account page appears.
  2. Click VIEW FAXES. The Message Center appears. (NOTE: If you know your account lets you receive faxes as well as send them—and you do not see the VIEW FAXES link: Click the ACCOUNT DETAILS link, then the Preferences tab, then the Edit link in the Message Center section. Then, click the Yes button underneath Display the messages..., then Update to save and exit.)
  3.  Then:
    • To create a new custom folder: In the Folders pane to the left, click New, type a name in the Create New Folder textbox; then click Create Folder. All custom folders will redisplay in alphabetical order below the default folders (i.e., Inbox and Trash.)
    • To rename a custom folder: a) In the Folders pane to the left, right-click the folder you want to rename, click Rename Folder (or click the folder, then Rename in the Folders toolbar). b) Then, type a new name in the Edit Folder Name textbox; and click Rename Folder.
    • To delete a custom folder: a) In the Folders panel, right-click the folder you want to delete, and click Delete Folder (or click the folder, then Delete in the Folders toolbar). b) Then, click Yes at the Delete Folder prompt, to confirm.
