About Fax Folders

The Message Center provides a number of system folders in which to place your faxes. By default, you'll always have the following folders available (i.e., by default) in the Message Center—and you can NOT rename or delete them.

INBOX Contains received incoming faxes and documents you've uploaded
Signed_Docs Contains a copy of each fax you've signed—or added an image or text (e.g., comments/notes) to, via the Message Center (NOTE: This folder auto-appears when signed or commented-upon faxes are available for storage.)
Trash Contains faxes you've either downloaded—or moved from other Message Center folders

You can also create your own (i.e., custom) folders.
