Tag, Untag, Print, Forward, Move, Download, or Delete Documents

For any document that you have uploaded from your computer into your eFax Corporate account, you can tag/untag/print/forward it, move it among folders, download back to your computer, and/or delete it from the application. To do so:

  1. Log into eFax Corporate "My Account" at https://www.efax.com/login. Your My Account page appears.
  2. Click VIEW FAXES. The Message Center appears. (NOTE: If you know your account lets you receive faxes as well as send them—and you do not see the VIEW FAXES link: Click the ACCOUNT DETAILS link, then the Preferences tab, then the Edit link in the Message Center section. Then, click the Yes button underneath Display the messages..., then Update to save and exit.)
  3. In the Folders pane to the left, click the one that has the document you want to access.
  4. In the list of faxes/documents that appear, check the document you want to access.
  5. Then, to:
    • View, add or remove a tag to/from it: Follow the same instructions as stated in View, Add, or Remove Tags to/from Faxes.
    • Print it: Follow the same instructions as stated in Print a Fax.
    • Forward it, via fax or email: Follow the same instructions as stated in Forward a Fax.
    • Move it to another folder: Click Move in the Message Center toolbar; and select the folder in which you want to place the faxes. 
    • Download it: Click Download in the Message Center toolbar. The file name appears above your taskbar at the bottom of your screen, where you can save it on your computer. (NOTE: If you have a Window version older than 7, then you may be prompted to save the document to a folder on your PC.)
    • Delete it: Click Delete in the Message Center toolbar. Then, at the Delete confirmation prompt, click Yes.
