Update Your Customer Profile

The Customer Profile contains your name, company name, email address, and telephone number(s). (NOTE: Your profile must contain at least one telephone number.) Please keep your contact details current to ensure you receive service updates.

To update—or remove information from—your customer profile:

  1. Log into eFax Corporate "My Account" at https://www.efax.com/login. Your My Account page appears.
  2. Click ACCOUNT DETAILS, then click the Profile tab.
  3. Click Edit beside the information you'd like to update (as described in the table below). Then: Enter, edit—or remove (by highlighting the text and pressing your Delete key)—the information.
    NameThe contact name for your eFax Corporate account (This name is inserted on fax cover pages sent via the Send a Fax form; see Send a Fax for information about the form.)
    Contact Email Used to contact you with service updates, password resets, etc.—and if you wish, to send your inbound/outbound faxes (i.e., Receive and Send emails).
    Contact-Email FormatUsed to select the format of your emails
    PasswordA 4- to 20-digit alphanumerical reference used to log into eFax Corporate
    Account IDThe identification number of your account
    Company Name(NOTE: Only the account administrator can edit this field.)
    Address, City, State, Zip/Postal Code, CountryYour location
    Work NumberYour work telephone number
  4. When done, click Update to save the information.
