Update Account Preferences

You may customize your settings according to your needs (available settings depend on your current plan). If you have multiple fax numbers assigned to one account, some preference settings will affect only a single eFax Corporate number, while other settings will affect all your eFax Corporate account numbers.

To update your account preferences: (NOTE: This is the entire list of preferences. If a blue Edit link does not appear next to a preference—or if a preference does not display in your account—it’s because your account administrator has disabled or hidden it.)

  1. Log into eFax Corporate "My Account" at https://www.efax.com/login. The My Account page appears.
  2. Click ACCOUNT DETAILS, then the Preferences tab.
  3. Click Edit beside the preference you'd like to update. Then, see the descriptions/instructions below to edit or remove information.
