Additional Cover-Page Options
Note: This procedure regards faxes that you send via your external email account (as stated in the "Send a Fax By Email" section of Use "eFax Corporate by Email")—and with the use of the default (i.e., not your own) cover page (as stated in Add Cover Pages to Faxes).
If a fax to be sent by external email (instead of through the Message Center in your eFax Corporate account) has any body text:
- A cover page is automatically generated, with the email's body text appearing as Comments on the cover page.
- The email's To: information also appears in the appropriate fields of the cover page.
BUT: If you don't want the email text to appear on the cover page—or you don't want a cover page, you can use a {nocoverpage} tag—alone or with the {showbodytext} tag—to do that. IMPORTANT! To use these tags properly, they must be the first line(s) of text in the body of the email.
